Park Policies & Rules

We are so glad to have you as our Guest. To insure a pleasant camping experience for yourself and others please observe following rules:

    1. BE NICE and BE COURTEOUS
    2. Parents are responsible for the safety and control of their children.
    3. Fire Arms & Fireworks are prohibited outside of your RV.
    4. No alcohol outside of your campsite. Excessive rowdiness, drunkenness, or the use of narcotics & Smoking of Marijuana is NOT permitted.
    5. Campfires are allowed in fire rings only, please do not cut trees. Firewood is available.
    6. Please do not dump wastewater on the ground.
    7. There is an additional charge per person, per night for additional guests.
    8. Please do not wash cars or campers.
    9. Please be sure to keep your campsite clean.
    10. Only one car per campsite. Please check with us if you need extra parking.
    11. Pets are allowed. No aggressive pets are allowed.
    12. Pets must be kept on a leash and should not be left unattended outside.
    13. Pets must have current vaccinations,.
    14. Pet owners are liable for any damage or injury caused by their pets.
    15. Pet owners are responsible for clean-up and noise-control of pets
    16. We have the right to request that a pet be removed from the campground if it causes problems, damage or injury to the campground or other campers.
    17. Monthly campers are asked to take their own trash to the dumpster
    18. Monthly campers are responsible for mowing or weed eating their campsite.
    19. Lakeview Campground will not be responsible for any personal loss due to fire, accident or theft of your RV, vehicles, boats, etc. while they are on this property. Please make sure you have your own insurance.
    20. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
    21. While we do guarantee Site types (50 Amp or 30 Amp) we do not guarantee sites.
    22. Daily and Weekly: Any Cancellation of arrival results in the loss of your deposit (first night’s stay for each site reserved)
    23. In the event of severe weather, we ask that you seek shelter either in the shower house or the community room at the office.

     

    Under Missouri law, a private campground owner or an employee or officer of a private campground owner is not liable for any injury to or the death of a person or any property damage resulting from the inherent risks of camping under the Revised Statutes of Missouri.
