We offer a cabin sales program for those who want to own a place right here on the property. It’s a way to enjoy personal time at the campground while also having the option to use your cabin as a short-term rental when you’re away.

Cabins Designed for Ownership and Rental

The cabins are standalone vacation patio cabins designed for personal use and short-term rental. Exterior designs remain consistent throughout the community, while interior floor plans and functionality vary. Each cabin is part of the campground setting and includes access to on-site amenities, creating a flexible ownership option close to area attractions.

When you purchase a cabin, the campground orders the unit on your behalf and integrates it into the property. Cabins function within our property management system, and onsite management is provided. Owners may use their cabin personally and can choose to participate in an optional short-term rental program to help offset ownership costs.
